The Chamber of Commerce of Pistoia promoted the realization of an
agreement subscribed by some Provincial Trading and Consumer associations to introduce a new series of guarantees in the customers’ favour during the Sales period.
Particularly, it concerns a
code of conduct (formato PDF - dimensione 398 Kb) whose rules the shopkeeper undertakes to comply with, for example, the shopkeeper commits himself to resolve possible disputes with the customer through the
“Sportello di Conciliazione” at the Chamber of Commerce.
The code provides the institution of one Supervisory Authority hosted by the Chamber of Commerce whose aim is to survey the observation of the clauses of the agreement by those
shops acceding to it (formato PDF - dimensione 50 Kb), which are recognizable by the
plastic film transfer of the initiative.
This agreement was subscribed by the following associations:
